WINning Women – Final Meeting of Women4Integration (WIN) Project Event

The last Tuesday 18th of April Coopération Bancaire pour l’Europe participated in the final event of the Women4Integration (WIN) project hosted at KVS Brussels’ Flemish city theatre.
The event started with an institutional welcoming by Iulia Barbu Vlachopoulos, Program Manager for Migration and Home Affairs at DG Home, and was followed by the presentation of the WIN project by Roberta Chiodaroli.
The WIN project is funded by the European Union’s Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund and coordinated by Soleterre in collaboration with the Municipality of Milan, Politecnico di Milano, Il Telaio delle Arti and Piano.
This restitution meeting event showed up as a perfect occasion for networking among institutions and local entities dealing with migrant women integration, women empowerment and professional skills enhancing, showing how the territorial approach developed by the project can contribute to the migrant women integration path.
The Coopération Bancaire pour l’Europe staff had the pleasure to participate as Moderator of the intervention “Territorial approach as an effective integration strategy: analysis in a cross-country perspective” together with the Municipality of Milan, Le Monde des Possible and the Institute de Recherche, Formation et Action sur les Migrants, and to briefly introduce our European funded projects INTEGRATE, FEMALE and SCALE-UP to the audience.
