The DEIMAN4FINANCE project aims to adapt vocational education and training (VET) to labor market needs by supporting the development of tailored programs. DEIMAN4FINANCE will enhance flexibility in VET by creating learner-centered opportunities, ensuring greater accessibility and responsiveness to industry demands. Through its innovative approach, the project will transform the way VET is practiced, fostering a more dynamic and future-oriented training system.

 

OBJECTIVES

The main objectives of the project are:

• Adapting vocational education and training to labor market needs: support the development of vet programmes.

• Increasing the flexibility of opportunities in vocational education and training: develop flexible and learner-centred vet programmes.

• Contributing to innovation in vocational education and training: due to the aim and the objectives, will change the way in which vet is practiced.

 

RESULTS

The expected results of the project are:

• Creation of a new job profile that values differences and facilitates the entry and continuity of people with different needs into finance sector

• Creation of a MICRO CREDENTIALS VALIDATIONS that certifies the competences in the DEI sector

• Increased awareness and openness to social diversity

• Increased inclusiveness and accessibility of education system and working possibilities

• Increased equal working opportunities in EUROPE
