The FEMALE Project supports women who are striving to find new ways to balance their professional and personal lives, start their careers, and launch their own businesses within the creative and cultural industries.
By participating in this project, women will see an increase in their initiative and leadership skills and will gain access to a broader network of enterprises to enhance their business activities. Additionally, there will be greater understanding of cultural diversity and increased appreciation of European cultural heritage. The project will also create more opportunities for innovative and high-quality training pathways for women entrepreneurs.
Goals
Provide women entrepreneurs from disadvantaged backgrounds with learning opportunities;
Support women in acquiring practical knowledge, business skills, and facilitating their integration into the entrepreneurial environment.

A map of cultural entrepreneurship in Europe;
An ICT tool for assessing entrepreneurial skills;
A self-assessment tool for soft skills;
An online course aimed at young people and aspiring women entrepreneurs.
