 <\/p>\n

The project identifies three main skills areas to be improved:<\/p>\n

1) Entrepreneurial skills to seize the opportunities of circular economy processes, focused on the waste valorisation sector;<\/p>\n

2) Management skills to ensure preparation to deal with adaptation and changes in the phases of re-directing the classical economy model toward a green\/circular\/sustainable integrated system;<\/p>\n

3) Core skills such as ability to learn and to innovate;<\/p>\n

The project aims exactly at covering the gap in those fields by primarily empowering the trainers of future entrepreneurs but also filling in the knowledge gap of policy makers supplying counseling material to foster leadership skills for policy-makers to be able to set the right incentives and create enabling conditions to change production, transport and market paradigms.<\/p>\n

OBJECTIVES<\/span><\/h2>\n

The main objectives of the project are:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 To encourage the creation of new startup with a business model based on circular economy.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Empowering and improving trainers capabilities by producing a collection of best practices and educational materials to teach the business coaches how to lead potential startups for the circular economy in the field of waste.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Improve the institutional ecosystem for startups focused on circular economy, sensitizing policy makers to design a better legislation.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Getting a more complete awareness of startup creation trend locally based circular economy, with focus on the waste sector and aligning to the local Smart Specialisation strategy (S3) if possible.<\/p>\n

RESULTS<\/span><\/h2>\n

The expected results of the project are:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Train the trainers: Producing a collection of best practices and educational materials to teach the business coaches how to lead potential startups into the Circular Economy field;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Improve the institutional ecosystem for startups focused on circular economy sensitizing policy makers to design a better legislation;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Deepen the knowledge of startup creation trend locally based circular economy, with focus on the waste reuse and valorisation sector an aligning to local S3 if possible.<\/p>\n
