The DEIMAN4FINANCE project aims to adapt vocational education and training (VET) to labor market needs by supporting the development of tailored programs. DEIMAN4FINANCE will enhance flexibility in VET by creating learner-centered opportunities, ensuring greater accessibility and responsiveness to industry demands. Through its innovative approach, the project will transform the way VET is practiced, fostering a more dynamic and future-oriented training system.<\/p>\n

OBJECTIVES<\/h2>\n

The main objectives of the project are:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Adapting vocational education and training to labor market needs: support the development of vet programmes.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Increasing the flexibility of opportunities in vocational education and training: develop flexible and learner-centred vet programmes.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Contributing to innovation in vocational education and training: due to the aim and the objectives, will change the way in which vet is practiced.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

RESULTS<\/h2>\n

The expected results of the project are:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Creation of a new job profile that values differences and facilitates the entry and continuity of people with different needs into finance sector<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Creation of a MICRO CREDENTIALS VALIDATIONS that certifies the competences in the DEI sector<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Increased awareness and openness to social diversity<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Increased inclusiveness and accessibility of education system and working possibilities<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Increased equal working opportunities in EUROPE<\/span><\/p>\n
