Inoltre, il progetto mira a trasferire conoscenze sulle opportunit\u00e0 finanziarie per l\u2019efficienza energetica derivanti da incentivi pubblici ma anche da strumenti finanziari nuovi e formatori\/coach\/consulenti VET in grado di moltiplicare l\u2019impatto della formazione;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Formare tecnici e i lavoratori delle PMI;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Aumentare la consapevolezza degli obiettivi del Green Deal e migliorare l\u2019ecosistema istituzionale identificando best practice e modelli dell\u2019esperto di efficientamento energetico, definizione e descrizione delle competenze necessarie;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Creazione di materiali e metodologie di formazione VET per i formatori per supportare il gruppo target finale nella loro formazione sull\u2019efficientamento energetico;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Creazione di una mappa online delle migliori pratiche relative all\u2019efficienza energetica nel settore
