data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il progetto ENFORCES individua tre principali aree di competenze da migliorare:<\/p><p>1) Competenze imprenditoriali per cogliere le opportunit\u00e0 dei processi di economia circolare, con particolare attenzione al settore alimentare;<\/p><p>2) Competenze manageriali per garantire la preparazione ad affrontare l\u2019adattamento e i cambiamenti nelle fasi di riorientamento del modello di economia classica verso un sistema integrato verde\/circolare\/sostenibile;<\/p><p>3) competenze di base come la capacit\u00e0 di apprendere e di innovare.<\/p><p>Il progetto mira esattamente a coprire le lacune in questi campi, potenziando in primo luogo i formatori dei futuri imprenditori, ma anche colmare le lacune di conoscenza dei responsabili politici fornendo materiale di consulenza per promuovere le loro capacit\u00e0 di leadership per essere in grado di stabilire i giusti incentivi e creare le condizioni per cambiare i paradigmi di produzione, trasporto e mercato.<\/p><p>Il progetto ha raggiunto diverse categorie di persone, in particolare professionisti provenienti da, incubatori e acceleratori di startup di imprese verdi, universit\u00e0 e centri di ricerca, fornitori di IFP e istruzione superiore, agenzie di sviluppo per un totale stimato di 400 partecipanti raggiunti dal progetto.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section initial;\">\u2022&nbsp;<\/span>Potenziare e migliorare le capacit\u00e0 dei formatori producendo una raccolta di best practice e materiali didattici per insegnare ai business coach come guidare potenziali startup per l\u2019economia circolare nel settore alimentare;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">\u2022&nbsp;<\/span>Migliorare l\u2019ecosistema istituzionale per le startup focalizzate sull\u2019economia circolare, sensibilizzando i responsabili politici a progettare una legislazione migliore;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"background-image: progettazione e lo sviluppo di una Smart trend Map della creazione di startup dell\u2019economia circolare in Europa, con particolare attenzione al settore alimentare;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: background-clip: initial;\">\u2022\u00a0<\/span>La progettazione e lo sviluppo di una mappa concettuale delle migliori pratiche e del materiale ad accesso aperto sull\u2019economia circolare;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">\u2022\u00a0<\/span>L\u2019elaborazione e lo sviluppo di un kit di materiali formativi per aiutare i formatori di startup \/ coach imprenditoriali a supporto di nuovi imprenditori nel campo dell\u2019economia circolare con, particolare attenzione alle opportunit\u00e0 di business alimentare;<\/p><p style=\"text-align:
